Hello!

1. Hide the columns of these rows on mobile https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/

2. Clone the rows which overlay the slider and configure not to overlay and hide the columns on the desktop as per the instruction above.

3. Make the rows which are for mobile full-widths with no paddings https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/full-width-row/
