Is it possible to set up a mobile footer different from desktop footer?

In Theme Settings > Presets, I set the Footer_Mobile_ANV option (see Image1) so that the footer is displayed in a widget mode on mobile devices. I then set the widget according to my intentions (see image 2). I would like the footer to appear in widget mode on mobile devices, while on desktops and tablets in HTML mode (this is how it is set by default in ‘theme settings>Footer’). In fact, on mobile I see both footers (HTML and Widget), while on desktop I see the widget mode.
How can I set the rules so that only widget mode is displayed on mobile and only HTML mode on desktop and tablet?
