Mobile Homepage is not showing

Hello sir, I have created a separate homepage for mobile devices in the HTML Block section and added that page in the Mobile version HTML block (experimental) option that is available on the desktop homepage, but it is not working on mobile devices you can check by visiting https://reteleo.com/
please tell me how can I fix it.

I removed the title now and activate the plugins.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
