The dropdown menus under “Shop” and “Home” are not working on mobile. Is there a solution for this issue?

Please Navigate to Header Builder ->Edit Current Header -> Switch to Mobile Header -> Mobile menu -> enable the “Show HTML Blocks” option –https://postimg.cc/WhCrmxNK for mobile. Then you can see the mega menu of the menu item in the mobile menu.

For the mobile version, the “Shop” HTML block in the menu doesn’t look right. Can you help me fix it? I tried all the dropdown settings … from default to full width but none worked. I also adjusted the padding, but it didn’t help. Could you tell me the correct settings to make it look better on mobile?

To improve its appearance and usability, I recommend creating a separate, simplified multi-level menu specifically for the mobile menu. You can then add only the most relevant submenus that fit comfortably within the mobile view.
