I saw the screenshot you attached.
Unfortunately there is no option to in theme setting settings to change the position of menu and categories in mobile menu.
You can apply the following trick.
1) Go to Appearance > Menu > Set Category Menu as Mobile.
2) Go to Mobile view of Header Builder and configure mobile menu

Unfortunately, you cannot change the order of my account in the mobile menu. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
