I have been facing a problem with mobile menu and product carousel on mobile.

Mobile menu is the worst – it’s bugging, not opening when it should. For example, it adds # instead of being open. Fastcgi cache makes it worse, BUT it happens even when cache is off. It happens everytime menu is clicked while page is still loading, but as well as it is fully loaded. Carousel is sometimes working, sometimes not (product page mainly).

I attached video and login details in private content.

    Hello,

We just checked your website and the mobile menu works as expected. Note that it needs JS file to be loaded so it is initiated after the page is loaded.
Also, it looks like you are using the “Delay JS” option, so in this case, it will add an extra delay in loading this script only after page interaction.
As for the carousel, could you please record a video?

    Kind Regards

I didn’t set Delay JS option – and I have been testing that without cache as well.

Try to wait until the page is fully loaded and click on the mobile menu button.

Yeah, sure. And also make all the clients wait. I know that it would work if someone waits (but again, I have encountered it even on fully loaded pages), but I can’t force all clients to wait for that. They will just see that something is not working right.

I have used plenty of WordPress themes, even really simple and outdated ones and none had that issue.

Yes, but the problem is not about the menu but about the loading speed. You need to optimize the page loading and reduce page size to make it work better. Please check our article for help https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/
