Mobile Menu bar not working, the menu button not any reaction.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.3 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Already update to the latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.3 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.
But I checked few times, the issue still here, If I deactivating elementor, it will back to normal. I send mail to elementor, they They responds that the problem come from the woodmart theme, I should check with you.

It just works normally for a day, and please check again, it only works normally on the home page, other pages still don’t work properly

Actually, we have now noticed that you were using a third party Plugin for Header & Footer, which might be the cause because we have deactivated that and then checked back multiple Pages of your Site in Mobile view, the Mobile Menu was working fine.

Also, we have further confirmed from the Test Site the Mobile Menu was working fine there too: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/

So, this also clears the fact that it is not a Theme end issue.

Note: We have activated the mentioned Plugin on your Site, as your Site is Live so you can check for yourself too.

2. Another questions, Unregistered members go to the product page can’t see the product image. I don’t know if this is a feature of the theme. If so, how should I solve the problem? thanks for help.
