    Hello,

    Most likely, your menu has mega menu blocks that are not compatible with mobile view.

    You need to create a separate multi-level menu, and assign it as the mobile menu: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/adding-menu-to-the-site/

    Arrows appear when the main menu item has sub-menu items to show them.

    Hi,

    It’s not the main menu. It’s the category menu next to the main menu.

    As you suggested I’ve created a separate menu for the mobile menu. But the dropdown menu does not show the contents, it’s redirecting to the main page. Could you please check the issue? I’ve shared the credentials.

    Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme and plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins. Then Check how it works.
