Mobile menu icon is not clickable / doesn't do anything on mobile

    Hi

    hope you can help me.

    I have a webshop where the mobile menu is not clickable. You can’t click on the icon for mobile menu. The menu doesn’t appear.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    I have now deactivated all plugins and the problem is still there.
