Mobile menu is different on home page than the rest of the website

The mobile menu on my website is black color by default, and has no drop down submenus. I added css to change the color to blue, and also added some drop down links. These changes affected the mobile menu when opened on every page of the website, except the home page. The home page one is still the default black color and no submenus. Whats going on here?

Turns out it was a cache issue. Cleared my cache and the menu updated itself.
