mobile menu not working

i have a problem with my burger icon and the menu in categories pages , it dont working:
if i clic on the burger icon the address of the site change boutika.tn/#
i cant find the solution on your forum
can you help me please
My english is not very well
Bonjout j’ai un problème avec mon menu mobile et le menu dans les pages categories mobile avec la bande en noir.
En cliquant sur le menu rien ne se passe par contre l’adresse de la page change en boutika.tn/#

You need to create and assign a mobile menu in Appearance > Menu. https://prnt.sc/u97l5x

If you have done that and it still does not work, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
