Hi I have seen a few people say they have this issue and I have tried the responses and still not working, I have deactivated all the plugins and still didn’t work, but when I am logged in I see it when not logged in I don’t I also see through elementor when you change the size of the screen it’s there, can I have some advice, please.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I cant see where that is i have deleted the apps I was using can you see it and just take it off

Also the one that is built-in at the top is turned off

I have tried on two devices and haven’t got one of the devices has never been on the site and cleared cache

I just had it on my phone for a few minutes but not on my iPad but now it’s gone again

I now have it on both devices
