ScentedMeadowParticipantThe filter icon disappeared from the mobile navbar after the last theme update. We have updated the theme to the latest available theme version, but the icon is still not showing.
We tried to remove and then redo the settings, but that didn’t fix the issue either. This is the setting we currently have:
Theme Settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar > Select buttons
Shop page | Off canvas sidebar | Cart | My Account
We’ve provided the admin access; please feel free to make changes as you see fit. However, we’ll need the steps to fix the issue to promote to the PROD LIVE website.
Thanks.

Hung PhamParticipantHi familyecomm-7680,
Thanks for reaching to us.
1. As the square boxes are shown except of icons in your site to fix this try to regenerate the CSS from WoodMart > CSS generator.
2. But, that issue usually caused by cache or incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly or clear cache and check again.
3. I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

ScentedMeadowParticipantYou are saying that I need to regenerate the CSS using CSS generator. I couldn’t find it so I googled it and found that the CSS Generator is not included in the Theme after the 6.0 update.
https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/where-can-i-find-css-generator/
I’m on version 8.1.1. Are you not aware of the fact mentioned above?
Please provide a solution for this issue.
Thanks.

ScentedMeadowParticipantWe have tested the following and none of the action items worked.
1. Cleared WP Rocket cache.
2. Cleared CDN cache.
3. Disabled CDN.Please try to access our Live Production website to see the problem we have reported.

Hung PhamParticipantHi familyecomm-7680,
Can you try to deactivate these CDN services and try again? https://ibb.co/B5DMJT3P

ScentedMeadowParticipantI already told you in the previous post that we have tested after disabling the CDN, and that didn’t work either. We’ve disabled the CDN, please check and let us know ASAP.
Thanks.

ScentedMeadowParticipantWhat is wrong with you guys? Why are you wasting so much time? The filter appears on the Shop page NOT on the main page. Go to the Shop page, the filter icon is still not appearing there.
PLEASE PROVIDE A SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!!!

Hung PhamParticipantHi familyecomm-7680,
Sorry for misunderstanding.
Filters are used for WooCommerce pages to filter products so it displays when you are in WooCommerce pages, such as: Products, Categories pages only.

Hung PDSeptember 9, 2025 at 3:55 pm #685315
ScentedMeadowParticipantThe filter icon is not displaying on any page. The fact that you’re not even looking into this is really frustrating and disappointing. If you don’t know how to resolve this issue then please assign this issue to someone else.

Hung PhamParticipantHi familyecomm-7680,
First of all, sorry for all inconveniences you are experiencing.
I checked that the Product Archive layout is built via Elementor Pro. I tried to set it to draft and the Filter is now showing. https://ibb.co/XfLWz6B7
I kindly recommend you to use
Layoutspost type, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder, and you can add section like this.Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

ScentedMeadowParticipantWe had a requirement to include some SEO content for different categories. Our developer may have done it that way to display that information as accordion. Thanks for identifying the root cause, we’ll work on this fix on the live website ASAP.
Thanks.
September 9, 2025 at 7:48 pm #685345
ScentedMeadowParticipantWe have checked in our older stage environments as well, the Product Archive Layout shows Elementor in front of it’s name (Shop archive — Elementor), which means, it was built using Elementor and not any other builder. If you switch to any other builder the entire layout crumbles.
I don’t think that’s what caused the filter icon to disappear. This require further investigation.
Please advise.
Thanks.
September 9, 2025 at 8:01 pm #685346
ScentedMeadowParticipantWhatever changes you have made to fix the issue has caused the layout to change. We are now seeing “Show sidebar” option which is displaying the filters. That should have been disabled. Also, the sort options are all messed up. The Product Archive has been editable through Elementor from day one. You cannot convert that to any other builder and assume that everything will work fine.
Please look into this further and provide a proper fix for this issue, and not some kind of workaround that will mess up the entire website’s layout. If you are not able to troubleshoot this issue further, then please escalate it to the next level of support, in either case we need a solution for this issue soon.
Thanks.

Hung PhamParticipantHi familyecomm-7680,
As I mentioned, I disabled Product Archive layout which is built by
Elementor Proplugin. And it is using Product Archive layout in Dashboard > Layouts. Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/With the help of Mobile Editor of Elementor, you can delete Filters button https://ibb.co/gMv95L2C
You can read more here https://elementor.com/help/mobile-editing/
I can see the sorting button removed, please let me know if you resolved it.

ScentedMeadowParticipantDisabling Elementor Pro fixed the issue where the filter icon did not show on mobile. However, a lot of our functionality is using Elementor Pro, which stopped working. Everything was working fine before, however, clearly some changes have been made in the theme that has started causing issues with Elementor Pro.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Kashif.

Artem TemosKeymasterThanks for the update, Kashif.
You don’t need to disable Elementor Pro completely. The issue occurs when Elementor Pro’s Theme Builder overrides the shop/product archive layout, which removes the theme’s off-canvas integration that the mobile filter button relies on. Please keep Elementor Pro active and disable only its custom layouts for the shop/archive, then use WoodMart’s WooCommerce layout builder for those pages.
Steps to fix
1) Re-enable Elementor Pro.
2) Disable Elementor Pro templates for shop/category archives:
– Go to Elementor > Theme Builder.
– In Archive / Products Archive, set any templates targeting Shop and Product Categories to Draft or remove their display conditions so they no longer apply to WooCommerce archives.3) Use WoodMart’s layout for the product archive:
– Go to Dashboard > Layouts > Product archive and create or edit a layout with Elementor.
– Add these elements:
– Archive products
– Filters area and Filters area button
– (Optional) Sidebar or Off-canvas column button inside the content column
– Assign this layout as the default product archive layout.4) Mobile bottom navbar:
– Theme Settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar: ensure the “Off canvas sidebar” button is selected. The filter icon shows on WooCommerce archive pages.5) Clear all caches (plugin, server, CDN) and test on the shop and category pages.
This keeps Elementor Pro fully active for the rest of your site while ensuring the mobile filter icon and off-canvas filters work on the shop pages. If you like, we can apply these changes on your staging site now and share exact clicks for promoting to production.

ScentedMeadowParticipanti have done that part like you have said to create a new archive template and add those elements but the issue of the filter navbar button still not showing i have checked through the inspect in the fixed bottom div there is not elementor or any div of this off-canvas filter or like anything what should i check or do now?
