    Hello,

The problem is caused by the plugins not related to the theme http://prntscr.com/mxt1aw which customize WP Bakery page builder elements.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

    Best Regards

Thank you. I have disabled all the plugins and I am still having the issue. What should I do next?

    #113094

    Hello,

You have not deactivated all the plugins. Here is the list of plugins http://prntscr.com/m8bny3
which should be active. Disable all the rest.

If you use the child theme, switch to the parent

    Best Regards

I’m saying I deactivated them and still had the issue. I reactivated them so I could keep working. I’ve deactivated all of them again and this time I left them deactivated for you to see. The padding and margin issue is still there. Please help.

Only the theme plugins remain. That means a theme related plugin is the problem. If I find out which plugin is the problem, it’s still a theme problem. How do I or you fix a theme problem?

    #113456

    Hello,

Please update the theme and confirm the permit to deactivate all the plugins for the period of checking, what may take approximately 20 minutes

    Best Regards

Ok. Yes you have permission to deactivate and reactivate plugins. See private content for further details.

    Hello,

As soon as I have activated the plugins I see the default options of the element http://prntscr.com/mzcc7u

You need to remove all these huge paddings in all the elements. Set different width and offset as per you needs applying Responsive tab options:

    https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/

    https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/

When your plugins are on the Design tab is http://prntscr.com/mzckuy

    Now your plugins are on.

Thank you. I will follow your instructions. But what does this mean: “When your plugins are on the Design tab is http://prntscr.com/mzckuy”

    #113653

    Hello,

When your plugins are on the Design tab is not provided as it should. Plugins not related to the theme customize WP Bakery page builder elements.

Here is how a default WP Bakery element looks like https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/use-element-design-options-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/

In any case, you should remove the paddings and arrange the content as I described below.

I’ve tried to resolve this but need all the plugins i’m using. The previous theme I used provided me with an extra class name so that I could overcome the padding issues. Could you provide 1) an “extra class name” “no-padding-mobile” and 2) corresponding css I can place in customize > custom css ? See screenshot.

    Hello,

    1. Deactivate all the plugins.

    2. Enter the Design tab and clean all the paddings.

    3. If you need to align text or element in the center do not use the padding, use the options in the element. Row has the option to place the content in the middle and in the center. Text block has the same option inside. As soon as your clean all the paddings, activate your plugins.

    4. If you need any specific padding, add a class and assign the style to a certain device

The paddings inserted in the Desing tab are not rewritable.
