Your question is not clear enough. As I understand you want to enable and configure the Mobile bottom menu, it is configured in the Theme Settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar. https://prnt.sc/quqpe1

Unfortunately, there is no option to do that. It would be not visible clear enough on very small devices.
