Mobile store menu not selectable

Hi there

I’m in the following situation:

I created a website with your theme. If i go to shop (i’m talking of mobile view), there is a burger icon for open up the sidebar. If I click this burger icon now, firstly nothing happens. After some further clicks (mostly 3-4) the menu shows up then. Once the menu is expanded, it works properly. But if I go back to the start page and reload the store I have the same problem again.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

I have disabled all plugins. Woocommerce and Elementor needed it though, to display and solve the problem. The accesses are attached.

Thanks for a quick solution, because the page does not display properly at the moment due to the deactivation of the plugins.

As we can see, it works well now so the issue may be caused by the cache plugin. Please, enable your cache plugin only so we can see the problem live.

From my point of view, the problem is still there. as I have already mentioned, it is about the mobile view. I use an Iphone and have checked it via safari and google chrome.

When I go into the store and want to expand the sideboard menu happens with the first two clicks nothing and then the third click opens the menu and works from then on. (see attached pictures)

It does not work. Just noticed that there is a same problem with the side menu at the top right.

This function delayed the sidebat button. Thanks so far.

But now my Page Speed Insights have dropped by almost 30 points. Is there any way that I can keep the feature turned on by letting me know the URLs or keywords that I can then exclude in the JavaScript exceptions of this option? That would be awesome!

Was hoping with the “mobileNavigation” exclusion or some other it would be fixed. But its not. Do you have any other idea for a exclusion keyword that could help.

Would be really nice to keep this option on. (You know cause of the performance-score)

Try to take the whole list from the article and test how it works.

Yes its because the “Load JavaScript deffered” option is disabled in this moment.

Have activated now.

It still works for us now. Note that there is a small delay before the menu opens because all scripts are loaded when you tap it. And it might depend on the internet connection speed.

I do talk about the sidebar menu on the shop page. Not the side menu. If i clear cache and open again the page ->shop -> sidebar menu (ON MOBILE) it does not react in any way till i click it three times. Then it does open up. I do have an excellent internet connection.

I would very much appreciate a solution concerning the case described above.

Yes, we see this problem even if our theme scripts are not delayed. Could you please temporarily disable all plugins not related to our theme?

We checked everything but can’t understand why it doesn’t work on your website. On the shop page, any links and buttons don’t work from the first tap. Even the sorting dropdown which is a default HTML element doesn’t work as expected. It seems to be something from the WP Rocket side. Please, contact their support and ask them to take a quick look from their end. Note that our theme’s JS files are currently excluded so they have to work with a first click.
