modfiy the decor footer

hello, i want to modify the footer with other text. i ve found the html blocks but i do not know how to edit them.
it shows [vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row] this shortcodes.
where can i edit the shortcodes or where can i add other text ?

If only code is displayed while editing the HTML Block you need to click the backend editor then you will be able to edit the content.
