I already had this problem before, you have just to follow these steps:

1) go to theme settings > performance > CSS > font awesome library
2) choose “always use”
3) SAVE

Thank you very much for your suggestion. This option should be enabled when you use Awesome font icons withing the site besides those provided with the theme by default.
