You need to create an HTML block with this template of if you uploaded a demo, you should have ready HTML blocks where you can just replace the content. If you do not I will provide the template (advise the builder you use?)

You can add a product sub-title in the short description.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

In order to change the Woocommerce strings, you need to create the translation in the Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce.

Additional tab, showing the delivery and shipment is translated in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs.

This tab does not relate to WoodMart this is Woocommmerce functionality, please create the translation in Loco > plugins > Woocommerce.

Loco does not translate the content. Menu items would change if you change the titles of the categories.
