Thanks, it’s solved now.

I faced another Issue. when vendors want to add a new product, after entering the product information and clicking on “Create Product” button the loader icon next to the button starts rotating and the “add new product” page doesn’t close. You know, when refreshing the vendor products page , you see the product in the list which is created, but the “add new product” page isn’t being closed. I’d sent an screenshot.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I need to make the single product image sizes unified (all the same). as you can see in the private content link, since the image height is too high and some other products’ height is low. I need to unify the main image height and width. where and how can I do it please?

I have checked the product page and product grid, adding to the cart works properly. When you add a product to the cart, the shopping cart appears and you need to press X button to close the cart.

The cropping is applied only to the grid. In order to make the images of the equal size on the product page, you need to upload images with equal height.
