I have a problem with the theme administration.
When I make changes on the xtemos_options page and save I switch to the front-office home page and the changes appear on xtemos_options but they are not visible on the front-office site.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same as mentioned in the following link:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/Then Resave the Theme Settings and check back.
And the video you provided seems to be empty. Please provide the video or screenshot of the issue with the admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and you are not using the latest version of the theme.
Please update the Theme and Woodmart Core plugin to the latest version then clear cache and check back.

Only, I still have the same problem in the settings theme, when I make changes and save I am switched to the home page and the functions have not been saved.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Setting’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to change the order of the categories.
