Multilanguage left TOP BAR not work

After exposing the latest versions of the template, LEFT TOP BAR does not work for languages. Does not create a menu.

We just tested your website and see that the left top bar area is displayed and works correctly. What do you expect to see there?

We do recommend to add the language switcher to mobile menu. It will be displayed and work properly.
