Multisite/multinetwork licensing and styling

I have a new multisite setup and have a couple of questions.
– Is it possible to have general theme styling accross sites or do I have to configure per site
– regarding licensing, I work with subdomains/different domains, does that mean I need license per domain? even in a multi network setup ?

1. You can set settings for main site, then export the settings and import to the others https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-backup/
2. 1 license key can be used for 1 live site and for 1 development site. For the development domain activate this https://prnt.sc/htNXfLK1W0oC checkbox, for the live site leave it empty.
