My account page have menu with two same Logg out links.
Cant find where to edit it.

Such may happen when your Wishlist page is not set correctly.
1. Create a page and insert the shortcode [yith_wcwl_wishlist] if you do not have it
2. Navigate to Wishlist plugin and set the page: http://prntscr.com/ls1ewo

But it does not solve the problem, now I have two Logout and two Wishlist 🙂

You have updated the theme incorrectly. Remove all the theme files and upload the recent version.

And can you specify what you mean “Remove all the theme files”

First of all, make the full backup of your site.
Next, navigate to Appearance > Themes > switch to any default theme and delete Woodmart theme.
Then upload the recent version of the theme from your ThemeForest account, Downloads tab, and upload into your site Appearance > Themes > Add new upload. You will find here more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
