My Cart Page is broken with the plugin

Hello, I have a question.
I tried to create a campaign in my store with the Acowebs Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin. As seen in the attached pdf, the data appears double on the basket page and the second copy page positioning is not correct. Also, the field with multiple shipping options should have the default top-ranked value selected, but it isn’t. I disabled the plugin and the page is fine. However, I am unable to create a campaign. My aim is to gift the cheapest of the 4 products in the basket for products in a category, if possible. I want to create a campaign like buy 4 pay 3 Is there a plugin, code or method where I can do this?

We have not tested the plugin with our WoodMart theme we cannot guarantee the compatibility.
