my categories disappear and I am not counting how many products each one has

Hello, good evening, I had the five categories in place and from one moment to the next one disappeared, I already organized them many times to see if it appears again but no, also in the stationery category it does not take me the count of how many products I have, attached image and my administrative data

I saw the screenshot you attached and tried login to your website but was unable to login. Please make sure that you provide me with correct admin panel login to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
