Purchase code is linked to my account, domain wybox.com is activated, support valid until Feb 26, 2027.
But my Downloads page shows “No downloads available yet”. I cannot access theme package and pre‑built websites archives.
Please fix my account synchronization so I can download files.

You need to download the WoodMart theme package directly from your ThemeForest account.
Alternatively, after installing and activating the WoodMart theme, you can import the required pre-built website directly from WoodMart > Pre-Built Websites in your WordPress dashboard.
