This ticket was closed and marked as resolved. BUT it was far from resolved. Having to find and use a third party plugin to replace what your theme is supposed to do on its own is not a fix. Its a bandaid.
I would still like you to resolve the issue with your theme not working as indicated in the closed ticket above.

The issue was alrady solved by deactivating the 3rd party plugins. If it is not happen then please keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

PipeworkpiecesParticipantno it was not in fact I was able to see the same issue with all third party plugins disabled.
This is the first time I am disappointed in support after being a customer for over 4 years now.
I can not leave third party plugins disabled not knowing when you will check out your theme issue.
You have admin login link as well as I gave you permission to temporary disable the plugins while you are trying to figure out why your theme is doing this.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. But I have checked your site after deactivating the 3rd party plugins the product gallery images were working fine.
Now, tell me should I test it again with the default theme plugins and debug the site more as to why the gallery images are not working, It should work fine. If you will permit me so I will check it once again for you and create the video for you.

PipeworkpiecesParticipantHello, yes please, the situation is that if you switch to another listing, you will see even with the third-party plug-ins disabled. The listing will not show all the images. This is why I said the ticket was not resolved so simply as you said disable altered party plug-ins and switch to a different listing one that you have not viewed before and you will see the gallery is not showing, thank you for your support

I have deactivated all the 3rd party plugins, now the site is working fine and the gallery images are showing fine on the single product page, please see the video here: https://streamable.com/53v3ea
Now activate the plugins one by one and check which plugin is created the issue for you.

Yes when deactivating third part plugins your them works BUT switch to a different item and it will not be working.
test that and then come back to me.
or better yet see this video and MAYBE you will understand my frustration with this topic of support.
It is your theme that is not working. NOT a third party plugin.

We apologize for the misunderstanding and are doing our best to assist you. After reviewing your site, we found that the issue arises due to non-existent images in the product image configuration. These missing images disappear as soon as you edit the product.
This is the first time we’ve encountered such an issue, and we cannot definitively pinpoint the cause. There could be many potential causes. However, considering your site contains 16,000 images, the problem may have occurred due to an incorrect site migration, file optimization, or database optimization.
If re-uploading images for the specific product doesn’t resolve the issue, we can provide custom code to filter out non-existent images in the product image configuration, so non-existent images do not occupy space in the product gallery meant for existing images.
Please try adding the following code to the functions.php file of your child theme:
add_action('woocommerce_product_get_gallery_image_ids', function ($attachment_ids) { if (!empty($attachment_ids) && is_array($attachment_ids)) { $attachment_ids = array_filter($attachment_ids, function ($id) { return wp_attachment_is_image($id); }); } return $attachment_ids; }, 10, 2);

now if I switch to a differeint theme the issue is not there so that is not the problem.
