My Site is showing Some Texts "Fast Translate Icon Translate" what is that?

Dear Brother,

I am using this theme. I developed all the pages. But after 2 or 3 days I saw in my homepage there are some unknown text showing after the main menu. I have sent the screenshot. So I went to the Edit page with visual composer of Homepage and have seen that an extra Grid is created with text box and showing this text there. I removed it. The site was OK.. But After 2 days again it is showing and I checked that the Grid is created again !!… How it is creating automatically?? and showing the text . The text that is showing is : “Fast Translate Icon Translate”.

Please give me the solution what is going on !!

I see such for the first time.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
