My social share buttons don't automatically pull the page title, image etc?

My social share buttons don’t automatically pull the page title, image etc? So when users click them they just show a raw url. How can I get them to share the page title and product image if on the product page?

e.g https://www.hushhush.com/shop/florea-cabinet-by-arte-veneziana

We recommend free YOAST SEO plugin which has the option to configure the image, title, description and all other for sharing. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
