MY THEME DOES NOT EXIST HEADER AND PAGE HEADING

When I install this theme it does not work properly Css Sheet and other things is missing, please Help me for this topics, I using This theme on WordPress. I saw My friend Purchased last year for this I have bought from themeforest but It does not work Properly, Almost it is something missing, It is not same as my firend’s had last time.
I m Uploading some Pictures which is marked by Red Ink , I Marked it where it has problems.

First of all, navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all the required.
Start Woocommerce wizard.
