I visited your site and it looks crashed. Could you please deactivate all of your third party plugins and then check back with theme default plugins because you contains a lot of third party plugins currently.
Also you are using an outdated version of theme, kindly update the theme and plugins as well and then check back after clearing your site and browser cache. This will surely fix the issue.
