    But it doesn’t go to the menu category. Did you notice, you click on different category and it shows the same items? and can you please check the quick view as well?

    Could you please, update our theme and WooCommerce plugin to the latest version? Also, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and switch off the child theme if you are using it.

    That is ridiculous, When I bought your theme, I saw your theme is compatible with Explorer 11, why should I update it?

    Can you look into the issue? do whatever you need to do if you need to update it, do it, just don’t mess up my setting and custom CSS!

    Yes, but you are using an outdated theme that is not fully compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin. Our theme still compatible with IE11. But you have to update it to the latest version.
