My Website is not loading properly

    The issue is I have installed 4.1 some version and now the updated version is 4.5

    But onece we update the theme it shows the uneven UI

    as shown in the screenshot below.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Contact Form 7
    Mailchimp for WordPress
    Safe SVG
    Slider Revolution
    WooCommerce
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area so I can check what is wrong on your side.

    Thanks for the reply and your help. As you have said I had done the changes according to the requirement.

    and yes it got fixed but in home page certain elements were not working.

    If you want the login access to fix this and update the theme if you don’t mind I can give you the access of the WordPress or control panel if you say.

    I will take the backup and will give you the access so that you can fix the issue.

    If we continue in this way it will take lot of our time and the issue will not be fixed.

    So let me know the next status.

    Hello There,

    Unfortunetely, I hadn’t taken screenshots of the other problems. So to give you the screenshot I have to update the theme and create the same problem again.

    So, Please you take this in this way.

    Before upgrading the theme see the current version of the Home Page. It should be like this only.

    Then, update the theme as per your instructions on the top like deactivating the plugins.

    After that You will see the problem in the loss of certain sections of the theme like footer will be disabled some part of the page will be disabled etc.

    So that’s the thing.

    On the other end I have generated and taken the backup of my website for the safe site.

    For now I am leaving the websites admin details and Once you are done with all the stuff do let me know

    Else if you need the Cpanel logins details also do let me know after testing.

    Hello,

    When updating the theme I received an error message.

    So please update the theme with the below instructions and let me know.

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Hello,

    I Cannot see the option for the same. I already given you the access to fix the theme issue. Why you are not doing from your end.

    We had paused the work on our end and the client end what to do now?

    You just login and replace the theme file from your end. I think the latest wordpress allows you to do so.

    The error that you have shown me cannot work because you have given white label function and we have used it.

    So going forward, how do i update the theme? Do i simply do it from the admin pannel of the website? or will i need to contact you again..

    Hello,

    For now, the theme is fully updated, you can be sure of that by checking the version via Appearance -> Themes.

    We just fixed a few values on the backend, it’s difficult to describe.

    Next time you can update the theme yourself via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
