My WordPress menus disappear

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I did not deactivate WP BAkery plugin (or I did not intend doing) I tried to deactivate the classic editor, yes, you can activate and check if no problem, use them.

As soon as you install the theme, you should go to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all required. Please note you can use either WP bakery page builder or Elemetor builder in the same time on the site, but not both.

As for the plugin, please contact the plugin support.
