Navigation bar height

Hello, how can I change the height of the navigation bar, since where are the options to change the navigation menu there is no option for height.
And in the advanced typography options there is no option to change the navigation menu.
Another thing that does not work for me either is the drop-down menu, I put a font size and more settings and when I save, I go to the page and nothing changes.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

You can set the height of the header row from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header.

You can set the font size for the navigation from Theme Settings >> Typography.

Then Regenerate CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS file and check back.
