Navigation is not visible anymore when scrolling down

Hi,
Not sure what happened but the navigation bar disappears when scrolling down. I’m not aware that we have changed anything there.
Can you help to explain how to fixate it on mobile and desktop again?

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.
Click on the Settings button > Sticky header tab and turn off Hide when scrolling down option https://prnt.sc/X86FZPq_7wlI

This option is disabled and has never been turned on by myself, please see screenshot attached.
Still header is not visible when scrolling down.

It doesn’t work on my mobile devices and admin account details were changed so I can’t check the settings.
But, if you disabled Hide when scrolling down option, then it should works for both devices.

Ok so that I said earlier, that it doesn’t work on mobile and on desktop. Apparently it works on desktop again, don’t know why but mobile doesn’t work. The settings are the same for both.
Can you try again to log in and check the issue for mobile?
But also on desktop there seems to be an issue, if you check on different pages, sometimes the header scrolls with the content sometimes not.

I just logged in with the credentials. They are working.
You are doing something wrong. Maybe you left some parts of the password out? You have an admin account. If this is not working for you please ask a colleague to help you. I can not provide more than a) the right credentials and b) a description of the issue. And also for b) I mentioned from the very beginning this is an issue on mobile which you have not checked. It’s going quite long back and forth now without solution. I leave you my phone number in the private content area as well, please contact me if any issues remain over Whatsapp.

Please double check, you might need to change mobile logo to see cart icon.
