Navigator layer

Hi,

We have 2 nav layer, 1 Woocommerce and 1 Yith nav layer.

1. Which one should we use, as the layout is the same?
2. Unfortunately, none seems to work and filter results: http://staging.esthetis.ch/en/shop/medik8-skincare/

1. We suggest you to use our theme widget.

2. Could you please check is WooCommerce default widget works correctly?

2. no woocommerce widget nav layer doesn’t work too. I can only see total number of products but not the filtered products

It means, that the problem is not related to our theme. It comes from one of the plugins installed or caused by WooCommerce.

The conflict was with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter. I deactivated it and it works now.

If I undertstand the only YITH plugin used on Basel is YITH wishlist, therefore we don’t need YITH WOO product filter and YITH WOO search, please confirm

2. Do you recommend to use Basel Woocommerce Layered nav or Woocommerce Layered Nav in the Shop page widget area? Why?

We recommend you to use our theme widget if you want to have filters the same as on our demo.
