Need Help.. How do i change the SVG files used in Categories? they display on the Products home page in the Image. And where can I find those images for the categories? Like for instance you can see here on this Watches categorie. https://polishedsocks.com/index.php/product-category/watches/ see on top the image is a Knife holder? I want to change to a Watch.? how do i do this please.. Thanks

Also How Do i edit the Large Left Products Menu? I know how to Edit each category but how do I move the category up and down? or how to i place them from top to bottom with the category i choose?

1/ Find out which HTML block is added to mega menu: Appearance > Menu > Enter menu item > check HTML dorop-down https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

2/ Navigate to HTML block, find the HTML block and edit.

I see the html block. but they are not in the menu>?? how to I open the html block when it is not associated to any menu location? I can see them but how do I find and open the proper cat menu? Yes you are right about what I am trying to do.. Thanks

I see the html block. but they are not in the menu>?? = add new items to the menu as you usually do it with wordpress and click “Save”. You will see new fields editing menu item like Design, Icon name, label text and color, dropdown color scheme, one page anchor, “call to action” button, mouse event and image. http://prntscr.com/lzelcv

So:

1. Create HTML block for each menu item

2. Create your menu in Appearance > Menu > Save to get the dropdown

3. Set HTML block for each menu item from the drop-down

Hi I can find almost all the Extra Menus to Edit via the blocks. with WpBakery

However see this image? I can not find where I can delete these cats and delete them. I can not see in my Product Category list? I can only see the actual Product Cats. however I can not see for instance in the picture. These cats I can not find. cars, minimalism ,handmade etc….. Where are they so I can delete them? Thank you

PS I am having trouble uploading SVG files. how did you solve this problem ? when you build your theme? I can not upload svg files. and tried SVG Support plugin but will still not allow me to upload those svg files to change in the categories. Thanks

Hello,

You edit the menu in Appearance > Menu > find the Categories menu.

If you want to replace the icons navigate to Products > Categories > enter each category and change the icon for Category menu.

Hello,

1. You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown:http://prntscr.com/lzmgjr

Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

2. You edit the menu in the Appearance > menu. I mean this menu http://prntscr.com/lzmi5e If you want to edit mega menu blocks, I mean this one http://prntscr.com/lzmiii You need to go Appearance > menu > enter a menu item and check which HTML block is applied http://prntscr.com/lzmjg3 then go to HTML block, find the block and edit. http://prntscr.com/lzmjg3
