lenamtlParticipantHi,
I don’t understand how to set the Ajax data that is use by Ajax Product Tab or other Ajax slide like new product etc.
I’m looking for instruction to add and edit Ajax Product Tab.
from WPBakery Page Builder elementsIf I drag and drop the Ajax Product Tab from the Bakery theme, WoodMart templates library.
For example I’m using ALL FOR GARDEN (see attached file)So how can I edit the tab element, title and color and the content disappear. (see atached file)
Where is it created? where can i edit it without loosing everything?
I could not find it in widget, slide, html blockI really need to figure out thanks.
Do you have instruction or video for this case? Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please insert AJAX tab element, and configure it, then add separate tabs clicking on the yellow plus and then configure each tab as per this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/
Best Regards

lenamtlParticipantHi,
The problem is when clicking the update button from the WP Bakery
it does not update the web site.
***We need to close the WP Bakery editor to see the modification***
This should be documented! It took me a while to figure this out.

lenamtlParticipantTo be able to edit the Ajax data we need to go to the page in WP backend.
This is not possible to edit that from the frontend WP Bakery.
That should be documented too.March 17, 2021 at 4:49 pm #274383
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide your site admin access to the private area as well as the page URL with the problem.

lenamtlParticipantHi Elise,
Please stop asking for login access when i’m looking for documentation.
I would not provide private access anyway.Like I have mentionned previously I have solved the problem.
The theme is good, but it lack of documentation especially about how to use the theme element.Having a more complete documentation and more video will save you a lot of support and will save a lot of time to all of us.
I’ m not the only one, I have read many similar questions…

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Product Grid and Carouse element and Product AJAX tabs are the same elements, the difference is the view.
Here are the tutorials: https://gyazo.com/75aaa62e8a3b3e1e2d6d2f3fe67aa655 and https://gyazo.com/e5896e5b1fe0e9db65b1ba4a00e39536
Please switch to the backend editor it would be much easier to figure out the tabs and how to edit them: https://gyazo.com/0d618e05c6ac31cb1650595b718981eb
Enter each tab and follow this instruction https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/ to configure showing the products as per your needs.
Best regards

lenamtlParticipantWhat I recommend you is to make some walkthroug
Here some suggestion:
Product Ajax tab – Layout and Ajax – Add
Product Ajax tab – Layout and Ajax – EditYou have some doc and video, but these are not complete walktrough.
The doc or video explain how to start but not how to complete.I’m pretty sure if you create waltkthrough this will reduce 50% of the support questions.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for the suggestions. Our dev team would consider that, however, we do not promise to implement it in the nearest future, please add and edit the tabs in the backend meanwhile.
Best Regards
