Need help with my woodmart theme

I used to have a woodmart theme for my website, and it worked great for sometime. Soemthing happened and it started giving me fatal error;

I searched through the error and i found a support forum article explaining that reinstalling this theme will fix the issue. Once i have completed the reinstall, I am still having issues with the website.

Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Your screen shows that you have not installed and activated the WP Bakery page builder. Please navigate to the Appearance > Install plugins, install all the required plugins.

Next, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme (if you use the child theme), check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access as well as FTP to the private area (Private content -area below the message field).

After doing what you have suggested me to do, I have got 80% of my website working. However, I am still getting this error;

Then you need to create and set the functional Woocommerce pages https://prnt.sc/ro9xhm

You can do it in Dashboard > Woocommerce > State > Tools https://prnt.sc/ro9xx4

I have tried something and it worked to some extent. I have tried deleting woocommerce plugin and reinstalled it, which helped me in getting away the errors I was seeing on the pages. However, I have few other issues.

1 – Please refer to the images attached, I am seeing the grayed areas. Please help me fixing it.
2- also, it seems that the theme is not incorporating the woocommerce pluggin properly, as it is not showing me add to cart button on the shop/product pages.

Do you mean login box? I am also having issue with the Appearance > customize option. Not able to login into the customize option to try to fix footer and headers.

Please note that there are few websites under this account. If I update wordpress i can end up breaking other websites as well. I do not think that this is the correct coarse of action at this point in time. Please help me fix the woocommerce working in this theme. Thanks

Here is what has been completed;
– file_get_contents enable request sent to support
– WordPress has been updated to latest/5.4 version (I am still seeing the same issues)
– Customizer is not working, which is hindering for me to fix the header and footers. Please advise if there is another way to fix the header and footers in woodmart theme.

Yes. I have worked to resolve the errors in the information box. They are now fixed.As,per your request,our hosting company has enabled the file_get_contents. This is what they have done it.

“I have also enabled file_get_contents for ninaliadesign.com/homefurnishings by enabling allow_url_fopen PHP directive.”

So things are looking ok for now, except for one other major issue. I will be opening a new thread for that problem.
