NEED HELP WITH THEME EDITOR

HELLO Friend,
i have found that there are “old google tags”
in the header or footer of our website – I am need to remove theme asap .
I was trying to find theme via file manager in themes>woodmart>header.php
or through the wp-admin under apearance > theme editor (Not available in my dashboard)
but i couldn’t find those files 🙁
Can you give me an idea where are they hiding and where can i find them?

1. I checked your site and saw now it’s using new Google Tag MSLCBD85 and couldn’t find old tags. You need to contact them for deep details, clear cache and check again.

2. I kindly recommend you conduct test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront. This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
