You need to check wich HTML block is set in the Theme Settings > Footer.

Then find the HTML block in the Dashboard > HTML and edit.

The brands may be in their default color or grey on hover, you need to edit the Brands

have changed Background.

Some Problems:
Have enabled “Easy Parallax”, now Background Color away.
Border Color can not be set.
How to fix that?

What about the Icon Color?

You need to upload the colored icons and you can set grey on hover in the Brand slider element.

It is not possible to replace the image on hover, unfortunately.

Brands Settings

Sorry but your video link doesn’t show the appropriate matching scenario.
Please see my video link.
There you can see that a frame color cannot be set/saved.
Also, when the page is reloaded, the brand scroller appears white, which is very annoying.
I couldn’t find a setting for the start icon color.
In the private content area you will find the access data again to be able to take a closer look at the problem.
