Need To Fix Mobile & Tablet Footer

Hello,

Could you please assist me with fixing the current layout of my footer on mobile and tablet devices?

Currently, my desktop version is very nice, but on mobile and tablet, it looks messy. How can I fix the sizing for how it appears on mobile and tablets?

Please find the HTML block used in the Theme Settings > Footer: https://gyazo.com/7cc46a72f49e884b7d1ec61374184d3d

Then find the block in the Dashboard > HTML blocks > Footer Retail: https://gyazo.com/318017434f326c23b7a0e5b8eac9f427 then set the width you want for each device.
