Need to Modify Registration Form

Hi there,
I need to modify the default Registration form to have an additional field for the ‘User Role’ like ‘Customer’ or ‘Wholeseller’ [a Custom Role].

In addition to this, I would ideally like the user’s opting to sign up as ‘Wholeseller’ be approved by the Administrator!

By default, Woocommerce does not provide the option. You will have to search for a plugin.
