New 7.3 Beta Release questions

Greetings,
I’m using New 7.3 Beta Release for my new project coming in September.
So far I have not found any critical bugs or errors. Can you please tell me when approximately will be the release of this version ?
And the second question is about updates via Patcher. From the moment of installation until now, there has not been a single update via patcher, if such appear I will need to update the version manually ?
