I have two problems and this is happening before the lunch of our online store, i hope i can find the solutions.
First
When the visitors wants to create a new account this page with this massage
There has been a fatal error on your website.

Second
When i ask for lost my password it send me to WordPress to resend the password
Please help me to fix this issue ASAP

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

You can use the free plugin All in one WP migration. https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ This plugin creates a file for further migration. You create the file save it, and then upload it to your site as a backup.
