The categories related to the “most used categories” section come from Products -> Categories.

So if you want to add an additional category, you should do it via Products -> Categories.

I have added a new category “accessoires” but nothing has changed!! it doesn’t appear on ” the most used categories”? should I delete an old category and replace it with the current one?

Please edit your “Product categories” element via page builder and set the “Data source” as a “WooCommerce query”, then all your categories will be displayed there.
