New Icon in Mobile Top Bar

I want to add a clickable icon in the header for mobile top bar only (sticky bar). I want it positioned next to the wishlist icon. What file do I edit?

Try to add it to right after mobile menu opener icon. You can find its function basel_header_block_mobile_icon in inc/template-tags.php file.

I can’t seem to add this without breaking the site (or breaking the menu icon). I just want to add this:

Do i have to emcapsulate this with if statements? I want this located just before the wishlist icon <search> <wishlist icon> <hamburger menu>
