New license code

Hello,

I have a problem with installing the theme in my woocommerce. We want to install the main woodmart theme, but first need to install the woodmart core, elementor. But this is not possible and we dont know what to do now. So please can you help us with this?

Also I have shared the code with another developer, but dont know if that one is activated in another account. So maybe I can receive a new license code to try? Also attached a screenshot about what we see and dont know how to continue now. Also when we click on the link for woodmart core, elementor, we see that we dont have permission. I am admin of the woocommerce and should be able to do the step.

1. Plugins

Please install and activate the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins. Please check this guide: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

2. New license code

Sorry but that is impossible. You can manage all your purchase codes in your account on our website xtemos.com

From there, you can remove your old activations for domains that are no longer in use. Then you will be able to activate the theme on the new domain.
